• adding a windowframe in front of existing windows (on the outside) / so the space in between both windows can serve as a small glasshouse (serre)
• ideally adding a door to the courtyard (breakout one window and transform it into a door)

outer frame of the new windows/door is in wood (for the moment my ideas goes into spare yellowpine i've got laying around) – the frames are welded steel T- and L-profiles (varnished) with glass panels.
